Holiday Read Logs

Wow!  Fantastic!  Amazing!

 Room 15, look at how many of you read during the holidays.

What great readers!

Fairy Judy was able to give out lots and lots and lots of yellow certificates

 and you got to choose a prize as well.

And thats not all.

We came 2nd equal out of the whole school for the number of children that read during the holidays. 

We received a certificate and three books for our class library.

KOS - Getting Lost

What do you do if you get lost?

We watched the movie, Bryan and Bobby.  Bobby got lost at the shopping mall.  So we decided that we would pretend to be lost and write about what we would do.  

Here are our answers.

Keeping Ourselves Safe - Name and Address

We are learning our house number and our street number.

It's a bit tricky but, we have had lots of practise!

We designed a shape letter box for our house and decorated it.
We have put our house number on the letter box.         

For our letterbox, we wrote ourselves a letter in an envelope and
 created and designed a stamp.

Softball

This term we are learning about the game of

Softball.
