Here are some of our thoughts.
Today Room 15 had chickens in our class. They felt soft and when they went on your arm it felt very spiky. We put them in a box, the orange and white box. Rita |
Today Rita brought 6 chickens. The chicken colours were black and yellow and grey. They were fluffy. Zac |
Today the chickens came to Room 15. Rita's mum gave me a black chicken. It was soft. One was grey. Isabella |
Today Room 15 had 6 chickens. The colours were yellow, brown and black. They were soft. 1 chicken pooh. The pooh was brown. Then the bell ran. I sat on the mat. I was very happy. Tui |
On picnic day the chickens came to picnic day. I saw the chickens they were cute and they were soft. I held the chick. I got to hold one. That was fun. I was happy and the bell rang. Mona |
Crabs & Fishes
During Discovery Time, with Mrs Somerville, we have been sketching.
We painted our crabs and fishes with water colours and did the background with crayon and dye.
She bought a real crab and a real fish in for us to sketch.
Here's how we went.
