Kawakawa Tree

All the classes in the Rimu Team have been given a 

Kawakawa tree to look after this week.

Mrs Haines took us on a Taonga hunt to find other Kawakawa trees at our school.

On Friday afternoon we went on a shape hunt in the playground.

We have been learning to make sets of objects.

How to make Snow Bubbles

Materials Needed

An empty plastic bottle.

Chux Cloth.

A Rubber Band.

                                                                                                                                                           

How to make Snow Bubbles.

Step 1  Cut off bottom of plastic bottle.

Step 2  Put Chux Cloth on bottom of bottle with rubber band.

Step 3  You are now ready to make Snow Bubbles.

Step 4  Mix dishwashing liquid and water together.

Step 5  Put the Chux end into the mixture and blow.
