Our next school focus is Manaakitanga.
We can show we care by saying kind words.
We can show we are respectful by using our manners.
We can show we are responsible by using a quiet voice
inside and outside the classroom.
We use our manners, by saying thank you, when our friends open the gate for us after playtime.
We also use our manners, by saying thank you, when
our classmate's hand out the poems.
Well done Room 1 - you are being great role models for others by showing Manaakitanga in the classroom and outside in the playground.
