Go-karts

Last week our Shared Big Book was all about
Lion who wasn't very good at listening
and after he made his Go-kart he ended up crashing it
all because he didn't

LISTEN and FOLLOW instructions.

We made Go-karts this week and we made sure that our
Go-karts had ...
... 4 wheels
... steering wheel

Here is my steering wheel, the engine is underneath the wheels.

The black circle thing is the seats.

Here are the wheels, this is the steering wheel, this is the seat.

Koa asked, "Why is the seat a circle?" Because it is the back of the seat.

This is the steering wheel and these are the wheels and this is the seat where they sit.

The steering wheel is the other way because they hold onto it like a scooter handle.

Alessandro asked, "Why does it not have an engine?" Because it can move it self.

So this is the steering wheel, this is the engine and these are the wheels.

This is where the person sits.  This bit is so it doesn’t crash.

Alessandro asked, "Why does it need the crash pad?"   Because it is pretty fast.

Pippin asked, "Why does it have an engine?" So it can move.

Here is the steering wheel, here are some lights and here are the wheels and these are the seats.

Alessandro asked, "Why is the steering wheel straight?" So they can reach it.

This is the spoiler, these are the wheels and this is the steering wheel.

Koa - "Why doesn’t it have any wheels?" The wheels are on the side

Oakland - "Why does it have a spoiler?" Because it can go really fast.

These Go-karts had quite a few modifications:
Crash pad
Seats
Lights
Spoiler

Good thinking everyone
👏👏👏
